RC3 will not compile my project.  It give a single error that is something close
to "Project not created due to resource out of sync with file system."  Version
3.1.0 Build id 200412162000 makes this same project without errors.  I have gone
back and forth between the two versions, and the earlier build always makes the
project fine, while RC3 always fails.

Can you please try to refresh your project & do a Clean build.

Also please provide steps to recreate, then reopen.
Given noone as seen this, it doesn't qualify as a blocker in time of release.
Lowering severity.
