Lizenz (License):

Planty darf im Entwicklungsprozessals eclipse Plug-in frei eingesetzt und ggf. auch modifiziert werden. 
Jedwede direkte (z.B. kommerzielles ANT Plug-in) oder indirekte (Integration von Planty in ein 
kostenpflichtiges Produkt) kommerzielle Verwertung ist nur in Abstimmung mit GEBIT zulässig. Die Übernahme 
von Planty in Opensource Projekte ist zulässig, bedarf aber eine explizite Nennung des Herstellers GEBIT 
und hierüber ebenfalls eine Abstimmung mit GEBIT.

You may use and also modify Planty as a plug-in for your Eclipse development environment. You may not use 
Planty to make direct or in-direct money out of it, except you have an agreement with GEBIT. You may 
integrate Planty in open source projects. This requires to mention GEBIT as the developer and for this point 
also an agreement with GEBIT.

Haftung (Liability):

GEBIT stellt Planty "as is" zur Verfügung. Insbesondere wg. des Verzichtes auf Lizenzgebühren ist jegliche 
Haftung für Schäden ausgeschlossen.

GEBIT ships Planty "as is". In particular because of waiving of fees, is any liability for damages excluded.
