* Load the attached profile
* Create or open a java file
* Within a class, add two methods both manually indented (i.e., not using Source -> Format Element)
* Manually add several (e.g., 5 or more) blank lines between the two methods such that they are indented the same as the two methods.
* Select the higher of the two methods and the indented blank lines below it
* From the file menu, select Source -> Format Element

Results: the first one (or possibly more) of the blank lines between the two methods will remain indented but the subsequent ones will no longer be indented.
