CloudFree Free?
Bug 262232 asks if the CloudFree Server Platform project should change its name.
I have to admit, that I’ve never been really comfortable with the name. The purpose of this project, “an open, dynamic and extensible platform for Equinox based server solutions”, does suggest that the project might play some role in cloud computing. But the project really isn’t specifically about cloud computing and so the name is, therefore, potentially confusing.
In a fit of über creativity, I suggested “Eclipse Server Platform”. Apparently that name falls somewhat short of spectacular…
