Higgins spotted!
This YouTube video shows Eclipse Higgins being used to authenticate a user and grant access for that user to GMail. The video is just one of a collection of videos showing some advanced authentication mechanisms that Google research is investigating.
Higgins in huge in the identity management space. The project has recently updated their website with lots of great information to help you get started. There’s also a Higgins talk proposal for EclipseCon 2009 (your comments are welcome).
