Eclipse Web Tools Platform: Developing Java™ Web Applications
This morning, when I arrived at the office, a copy of the new Eclipse Web Tools Platform: Developing Java™ Web Applications book was sitting on my desk. It’s always fun to get new books (while I’m excited about this, I’m not nearly as excited as my friend Jim is about the new Bruce Springsteen album). The arrival of the book is timely as I’m getting ready for a long trip and the addition of some reading material for the trip is welcome.
In the forward, the authors indicate that the book specifically targets Web Tools 1.5.3 and that, while Web Tools 2.0 contains many enhancements, the materials presented in the book still apply to that version. If you’re using (or thinking of using) Eclipse Web Tools for developing your Java EE applications, you should get a copy of this book.
And be sure to bring your copy to Eclipse Summit Europe and get co-author Naci Dai to sign it!
